I am  Minsu Chang(Mincasurong) who is the 1st-place winner of Gemini3 Seoul Hackathon 2026.

I built GeminiSpace, a Vision-Language system that uses generative AI to bypass computationally heavy SLAM. Using Google AI Studio, Antigravity, and the Nano Banana model, it turns standard room photos into 2D floor plans, topological graphs, and 3D voxel maps. Just ask, "How do I get to the table?" and it instantly generates step-by-step trajectory.

제미나이3 서울 해커톤 1위 우승자 장민수 후기.

너무나 대단하신 SWE, Google Developer Experts, Google DeepMind, Cerebral Valley 분들 앞에서 발표할 수 있음에 영광이었습니다. 결과물은 7시간 동안 Google AI Studio, Antigravity, Gemini API 만으로 만든 것입니다. 열띤 Ideation은 Gemini(Web)과 만 했습니다. 저는 Gemini Pro 유저인지라, 오후 1시 즈음에 Google AI Studio의 rate limit, 오후 3시에 Antigravity의 flash 제외 모든 모델 limit을 경험했습니다🤣😂. 그래도 Gemini와 함께 기획부터 결과물 제작까지 모든 것을 함께하는 과정이 재밌었습니다.

저는 Agent 시대에 AI, 사람 모두 함께하는 헙업이 참 어렵습니다. 3년 전부터 AI와 함께 연구개발하는걸 즐겨왔고, 그래서 solo로 참가했습니다. 아직 많이 부족합니다. 사람, Agent 모두와 조화롭게 협업을 하는 분들이 존경스럽습니다. 이번 해커톤에서 그런 분들이 참 많이 계셨고 많이 보고 배웠습니다.

더욱 성장하고 발전할 수 있도록 많은 도움과 응원 부탁드립니다.😄

P.S. 

Gemini를 사용하기 시작한 것은 집에서 Side Project로 '아내를 위한 교육 앱 만들기' 였습니다. 고객(아내)께서 귀여운 곰돌이 UI 탑재된 앱을 원했습니다. 하나의 구독으로 Image-Gen, Video-Gen, Code 모두 다 되는게 Gemini 라 생각해서 그렇게 시작했습니다. 

Google 생태계는 알수록 재밌습니다. Nano🍌, Veo, NotebookLM, Flutter, GoogleCloud, Gemini Robotics, Alphafold 등 무궁무진하고 배울게 많습니다. 

거인의 어깨 위에 조용히 앉아, 거대한 framework을 배우고 또 저의 본업에 접목하는 삶을 계속 살아가겠습니다.
